Just bought a CX5 from Melville Mazda few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Their whole team was amazing. Clive from sales was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Minna from the finance helped a lot as well getting my finance approved within 24 hrs and was really transparent. Overall I had a great experience with then and will surely be going back there for my next car purchase.

I'm an interstate traveler that needed a service on my car. From the moment I was greeted at the service counter, I was made to feel wanted. Just like a customer should. Mike (who looked after me at the service counter) was terrific. I didn't book a loan car but they still found me one. Got a great video on my car's health check and overall did everything I requested in a timely manner.Top Effortt Melville for proving that great customer service still exists.

Ok service from sales staff but...Ordered vehicle. 90 days delivery at least. During this time vehicle went on sale with $500 inclusions. Sales agreed to include fuel voucher and floor mats in our deal. On pickup of new vehicle they didn't have floor mats but offered the fuel voucher for $250. I was told 4 weeks for delivery of floor mats?? So purchased my own, 3 days delivery. Contacted manager for about this and they never got back to me. It's the small things that count in customer service.

I was upgrading my lease car and Colin Crawford was my main man. He was very patient in the beginning when there was lots of toing and froing. I'm also sure he thought I was mad when I said I wanted a custom colour on a brand new CX5 - GT! That's what I wanted, so that's what he arranged for me. I was very happy with the service I received from him and the rest of the staff. It was just a shame that he did all the hard work and never got to hand me the keys when I picked it up because he was on holiday, well earned, I'm sure. Thanks again for my Phantom coloured Purple People Eater, she drives like a dream ! :)

Outstanding customer service at Melville Mazda. We bought a car from them and the process was easy and hassle free. No pressure or annoying sales pitch, just straight up facts and figures regarding a trade in. Thank you to Raphael Wolff for helping us purchase our new car .

Online booking system is completely flawed. The customer picks a day and time to service their vehicle. Then the customer receives an email confirming the schedule together with a calendar file to add to your calendar but all this means nothing because they call you and tell you that this is not a booking and the time you have scheduled online is not a booking, just a meaningless schedule. Then you have to figure out another time with their service department. Sort this out Mazda Melville. You can use an App like Calendly so a customer can book in a real booking seamlessly. Very easy rather than annoying customers and wasting both our time and yours.

Michael S and the service team are the best in Perth. I have been disappointed with other Mazda dealerships but at Melville mazda the level of customer service and expertise are above reproach. I happily make drive to the southern suburbs to have them look after my car and family. A credit to the brand.

Just bought a CX3 from Melville Mazda, and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The sales team was respectful, honest, knowledgeable, trusting (they let us test drive two cars unaccompanied), did not apply any pressure tactics and was extremely helpful and obliging. Bonus is we absolutely love the car, delivered exactly as promised. Could not be happier!
